This is a soft fruity combination of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Matured in stainless steel vats before bottling. This is classic Bordeaux with a pale straw color. The aroma is fresh and fruity with citrus fruit overtones. It has also a great floral effect. The finish is clean and crisp. This wine will be excellent with almost any fish or fowl dish, or just by itself.

Wonderful food wine!! Vinification takes place in 50% new, French oak barrels. There is no skin contact. There is no malolactic fermentation. Chateau Chantegrive makes two versions of their white Bordeaux wine. Chateau Chantegrive and a Cuvee Caroline, which is a slightly higher end version of their white wine. Excellent quality for an estate that is relatively new by Bordeaux standards, founded in 1966.

Delicate nose of fresh black plums, black cherries and some hints of violets. Palate: On the palate, it is rounded, fruity with appealing fine and chalky tannins. The finish is lovely and very fresh. Best served at room temperature (17-18?C) with roasted red meats, lamb stews, selection of hard cheeses and why not on its own. Ready to drink now but can still age for another 3 years

Impressive depth and rather polished dry tannins for this humble appellation, then quite a bold, long finish. Already very attractive, but no hurry to drink this.

The red wines start with the 2004 Aix, composed of 74% Cabernet Sauvignon and 26% Syrah. Dark ruby-colored, it is intensely perfumed with aromas of pain grille, blackberry, blueberry, meat and game making an appearance. Velvety-textured, it hasexcellent depth and concentration, spicy dark fruit flavors, and outstanding length.
G is a wonderful example of the dizzy heights white Bordeaux can reach when terroir, vintage and winemaking skill align. It's an equal split of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. Its complex aromas include ripe citrus, quince and yellow plum. Bone dry, the palate combines a glorious, rich texture with fresh acidity. Frankly, it's difficult to imagine how this wine could be any better!

45% Sauvignon Blanc, 45% Semillon and 10% Muscadelle. Fresh and light, with breezy savory and lime pith notes and a touch of honeysuckle, accented by a hint of sel gris. Fresh, refreshing, well priced and perfect for a summer seafood meal.
Finely toasted with a mineral streak and ripe lemon peel on the nose. Linear palate with good flavors although just a bit slim. Moderate length, but fiery. Alcohol is coming all out here. Great value wine.
A well defined cedar and mint-infused bouquet that opens up with lively and energetic black fruit. The palate is medium-bodied with fine and supple tannin, very well judged acidity, natural and refined with a pure finish that does not shortchange you in terms of fruit.

This is the Pauillac-appellation portion of a larger vineyard, Ch?teau Peyrabon, which is in the Haut-M?doc. The wine is rich, perfumed and likely to age very well. Juicy acidity and firm texture go with the black-currant fruit in a wine that will become balanced and elegant.
The wine is forward, sweet and round in character which is perfect for its soft, lush, earthy, spicy juicy red and black fruits. This is already easy to enjoy. With an earthy, clay and dark, red-plum nose, the wine forward, sweet and round in character. The wine has length, character and charm.
Medium bodied, with a forward, bright, strawberry and black raspberry nose. Sweet, juicy and open, this is a wine to drink in its youth.

Green apple and orange blossom on the nose. Very nice white Bordeaux with crisp flavors. Flavors of green apple, honeysuckle, grapefruit, and flint. Bright finish of grapefruit, green apple, and flint.
Mouth-watering scents of candy, boiled sweets are lifted by blossom, lime and mature white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth, the first impression comes from the fleshy, creamy texture. Then the white and zingy citrus fruits step in, seasoned by cardamone and saffron threads. ;
Shows plummy fruit, smoke and sweet spice notes. Inviting and appealing nose that shows class. Palate has restrained dark berry fruit flavours with more wood smoke and the tannin is fine and firm. This is the kind of wine which will come alive when accompanied by a joint of roast lamb or beef and you may find that you end up opening a second bottle at the request of your thirsty guests!
