The Wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, then aged about 7 months ?sur lie? in oak barrels for added complexity and roundness in the mouth. Light golden colored with a fruity bouquet and taste of apples, bananas, butter, green figs, honey, lemon, oak, papaya, pineapple and spicy vanilla. Smooth as silk with inviting fruity flavors and a pleasing aftertaste.
