Fresh Bartlett Pears come to mind when you first inhale the delicious aroma. At first taste, it is light, refreshing, and a little fruity with a light finish. A little spritz on the finish. Delicious with wild sockeye salmon. This Pinot Gris was made exclusively from grapes grown in the Willamette Valley. Similar in style to the Pinot Grigio's from Italy.

Apple flowers, freshly cut pear are quite distinctive on the bouquet, and the palate, illustrating so clearly our unique style of Pinot Gris. The richness of fruit and the softer rounded dry finish give great style and presence.

Strong bouquet with smokey flavors and fruity notes (dried fruits and white fruits like peach, mirabelle plum..). Round and soft , well balanced, without heaviness . With honey and wax aromas. A nice Pinot Gris with an enjoyable fruit and body. Pair; fish courses - shellfish - poultry - game - white meat - mushrooms - a good turkey wine !

Crisp, refreshing flavors of peach, pear and tropical fruit are complimented by hints of spice and juicy acidity. While offering some weight on the palate, this wine finishes with a pleasantly clean tartness.

This Pinot Grigio is crisp and light with good texture and acidity, offering delicate flavors of citrus, peach and apple. It makes an excellent accompaniment to fish, soups and many vegetarian dishes.

Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines in The World is considered by many to be the authoritative list of the year's best wines. We are proud to announce that King Estate's 2008 Signature Pinot Gris made the cut and also received a 90 Point score and the SmartBuy designation. Appearance: Golden straw with brilliant luminosity Aroma: Fresh pear, peach blossom, lime, grapefruit, and floral notes Flavor: Lively citrus, peach, tropical fruit, mineral, and honey Mouthfeel: Crisp entry, nice texture, long finish

Rich and viscous in texture , this wine balances subdued fruits (hints of apple and melon) with powerful minerality. It's on the sweet side, but balanced on the finish by hints of citrus and powerded stone.

A rush of citrus fruits and white flowers, both in the nose and on the palate, combine to make this a wine of pure pleasure. With excellent texture and a strong lift from the acidity, it suggests food pairings with every sip. Try it with most shellfish, cheeses, ceviche, sushi, and spicy cuisine such as Thai and Indian. Enjoy!

Gem from the Diamond in the Rough List: $19.99 The nose speaks of green apple, quince, Asian pear, yellow rose, and chalky minerality. The palate combines rich fruits with delicate texture and not a hint of Pinot Gris trademark bitterness. There is sweetness but it is balanced by the vibrant acidity of the vintage. The long finish shows honeysuckle, Meyer lemon and tarragon.

91 Wine Spectator Here's a finely meshed, elegant Pinot Gris, with a subtle juiciness and silky texture, both of which support flavors of smoky mineral, quince, star fruit and apricot. This shows good focus throughout, and a long finish that echoes the wine's mineral streak.
