This offering has elevated the Estate Pinot Noir program. Layered components of earth violets and black fruits complete this elegant Pinot. After nearly a decade, the Estate bottling has finally found its voice and it begs a listen.

88 pts - WE An elegant, better-than-most Torront?s with floral, tropical aromas sitting in front of melon, lemon and lychee flavors. The texture and weight suggest melon, and the finish has just the right level of glycerol and grab. Very nice Torront?s that manages to distinguish itself.

Citrus, herb and grass notes are balanced around a core of vibrant acidity. Finishes with the slightest touch of coarseness. Drink now. 250,000 cases imported.

87 WS Medium-bodied, offering a ripe, spicy aroma and pretty violet notes to the juicy berry, plum and cherry flavors. Hints of ripe melon and red peach chime in on the finish. Drink now. 6,000 cases made.

Powerful rich fruit with flavors of chocolate and rich concentration make this a ripe, intense wine with delicious flavors of sweet acidity.

Fresh and open, with red and dark berry fruit supported by grilled herb and tobacco notes. Drink now.

From the Windsbuhl, and consisting of two-thirds Chardonnay, one-third Auxerrois, the 2008 Zind finished with 12.6% alcohol, leaving behind seven grams of sugar that largely supports its flavors of ripe yellow plum, pineapple, and orange

On the palate, the wine is supple and long, with a touch of oak and butterscotch cookie in the finish. Enjoy with fried calamari, scallops in a light curry sauce, crab cakes, filet of sole with almonds, or turkey Panini.
