Bright gold. Honeyed peach and apricot on the nose, with a spun sugar quality adding an impression of sweetness. Broad, soft and velvety in texture, with deep pit fruit liqueur flavors and gentle warmth. An extremely powerful, weighty style, and in need of food. This would work with a rich seafood or poultry dish, or even washed-rind cheeses.
