FIVE TALES CABERNET SAUVIGNON 2017 750ML

This Margaret River Cab is quite closed and reductive at first. It takes some time in the glass to open but eventually reveals aromas of red currant, raspberry, pencil lead and dried leaves. The palate is lean and chalky in texture. The oak feels somewhat clunky, but a tight line of tannins holds everything together. (Apr2021)
