Tropical banana/pineapple shows itself first, followed by baked pear custard tart and lemon chiffon. The layers don't stop. Liston blends in some Viognier and Gewurztraminer that add an unctuous mouthfeel, but the mineral-stone leaves a salt deposit on the tongue. Aged in French and American oak.
