Domaine Weinbach Riesling Cuvée Théo 2023 750ML

Picked from the granitic, sandy soils of the Clos des Capucins. It is shy on the nose but bright with lemon on the slender palate, adding a salty tang to the finish. Supreme lightness is a great virtue here. (Bone-dry.)
