Joyce isn’t just a Master Distiller — she’s a chemical engineer, farmer, educator, and co-owner of one of Kentucky’s most respected ground-to-glass distilleries. Alongside her daughter Autumn, she grows their own Bloody Butcher Corn on their 64-acre farm and crafts bourbon using old-fashioned methods with modern precision.

This is your chance to taste through the lineup with the person who makes it.
