It opens with notes of red cherries, cinnamon spice, porcini mushrooms, cherry pit, and dark stones, with ripe tannins and a mossy earth undertone. Despite its savory depth and umami undertones, it remains pure and lifted, with refreshing acidity, a supple, silky texture, and ripe tannins. Medium-bodied and never turning astringent, it finishes long and floral.
