Golden yellow silver highlights, this cuvée presents fine, persistent bubbles. Aromatics of smoked limestone, sea spray, blackcurrant, grapefruit, liquorice, blackberry, pomegranate and elderberries. On the palate, the attack is clean and fresh, with a soft, creamy effervescence. Fruity, full-bodied, crisp, some grapefruit acidity and marly minerality. Finish is fresh, stony and juicy.
