Much like an actual neoblast, we teamed up with Aslin Beer Co and used Yakima Chief Hops’ Survivable hop blend in the whirlpool. This blend is designed to help hop compounds withstand the high temperatures of the brewing process, aggressive microbes, and rapid bubbling that can strip away precious hop oils, so more flavor makes it into your glass. Alongside the Survivable blend, we layered in Idaho 7, Sabro, Sultana, and Citra for a full-spectrum hop experience. Expect flavors of mango, papaya, cantaloupe, pineapple chunks in syrup, and a touch of tropical coconut, all packed into a vibrant, juicy blast.
