A traditional unfiltered, unpasteurized blend of 1-year-old lambic in which fresh cherries (Kelleriis variety) have macerated for 6 months in oak barrels. This cherry-red beer with fine, white foam collar and fine carbonation has a complex flavor with a pronounced balance between fruity and sour.
