The Simcoe hop just finished celebrating it’s 25th birthday in 2025. Considered by many to be one of the most influential hops in the modern craft beer movement, we wanted to pay homage to its history, its place, and its bold character.

Silver Simcoe pours a beautiful blonde color with white foam. It is a quenching west coast IPA with appetizing bitterness and aroma/flavor characteristics of pine, grapefruit, stone fruit, and resin.
