Saison Dupont 4NR

The legendary Saison Dupont. Brewed since 1844 in our farm-brewery, it has since made a name for itself around the world!

Regarded as a classic Belgian seasonal ale, this traditional beer was designed to quench the thirst of seasonal farm workers. Brewed in winter, it was left to ferment for several months in wooden barrels before being served in summer.

This blonde ale is a complex beer, marked by fragrances of grapefruit and spice (cloves). These aromas are also present on the palate, where they combine with hints of malt. There is a clear bitterness, rounded off with a delicious flavour without any sweetness.

Now one of our biggest exports, Saison Dupont sets the standard when it comes to Belgium’s brewing traditions.
