Astronaut Food is the most expensive alcoholic beverage in the world to produce, due to the massive quantities of freeze-dried fruit used in the process.

Freeze-dried fruit is different than the fresh fruits we use in our other Fruit Tarts. The freeze-drying process removed the water inherent in the cell walls, and concentrates the fruit's natural flavors, compounds, and sugars. The result is a flavor far more intense than any other fruit beverage. At 15% ABV, Astronaut Food drinks like a fine wine, pairs fantastically with any sweet or savory desserts or sipped on its own.

There are approximately 15 strawberries per can, or 60 whole strawberries in a 4-pack of Astronaut Food.
