Very clear ruby red in color. Fragrant and fresh on the nose with hints of red fruit, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, violets and sage. Very vivacious and fresh palate before a dry, pleasant, and persistent finish. Best paired with appetizers including fresh and aged cheeses, salamis, Sicilian red tuna, fish soup, mullet, sushi and sashimi.
