Provence or Rioja? What's going on here? Clean, bright and transparent with a pale pink color with salmon highlights. On the nose it is complex and clean with notes dominated by white flowers, balsamic touches and a background of acidic red fruit. On the palate it is both unctuous and fresh, with great minerality. 100% Garnacha.
