This noble-sweet Auslese Goldkapsel from the Ürziger Würzgarten vineyard presents a tight and concentrated nose of ripe, sweet peach, honey and dried apricots blended with mango fruit and a hint of orange peel. Swirling the glass it reveals the oily, concentrated texture. The taste is nicely structured and well balanced. Fruity acidity breaks through the residual sugar to clear the palate. This is a full-bodied wine with a long lasting, mellow, melting finish.
