This Zinfandel is full-bodied and velvety. On the nose it has hints of blackberry, plum, dark cherry, bright crushed raspberry, complemented perfectly by vanilla, oak, and white pepper. Its finish is satisfyingly long and refined. Very food-friendly. Pairs well with pork ribs, mushroom pizza, spicy Sicilian sausage. BBQ and grilled red meat. and pasta with red sauce.
