Our collaboration with Obercreek Brewing Company, Linear Phase, returns today. Linear Phase represents the pinpoint between Middletown and Wappingers, the home base of each brewery. Whirlpooled with Citra Incognito and Enigma, then heavily dry-hopped with Citra, Enigma, and Galaxy, Linear Phase pours with aromas and flavors of orange sherbet, mango, and white grape, with notes of passionfruit and mixed berry in a saturated and full-bodied DIPA that lingers pleasantly on the palate.
