Wine EnthusiastBoasts plenty of bright springtime aromas—rainwater and apple blossoms—but adds deep bass notes of mineral and earth. Honeyed tree fruits on the palate are sweet, but balanced by plentiful acids (not tart, malic acidity, but riper, tartaric acids). Thickly concentrated, yet light-bodied and fresh. Another 2003 that is drinkable now, yet should age for 10–15 years.
