Each year we visit Daisy Cutter to reimagine something new with a brewery that shapes the world of beer. Daisy Cutter Crown is our collaborative hope of infusing deliciously hoppy beer with the spirit of White – a crowned champion of amazing beers. An India Pale Ale brewed with Allagash’s Maine-grown wheat, we held true to Daisy Cutter and brewed with Simcoe and Amarillo. Allowing for a new tint, we included Krush, and then new-to-us Tangier, to elicit the citrus halo we’ve all come to enjoy in Allagash White.

Some classic pine undertone, a smidge of apricot jam, and oodles of orange fluff atop the wonderfully full presence of Maine-grown wheat. We’re very proud of this beer and Daisy Cutter Pale Ale. May the classic beers of the world live on!
