This Strong Ale was brewed with sweet potatoes and lactose, then aged in Rum, Cinnamon/Vanilla, Whiskey and Bourbon barrels with cinnamon and nutmeg. Notes of caramel, brown sugar and sweet potato blend with spice and malt giving way to a lingering, smooth finish.
